COPILOT: Artificial Intelligence at the service of the TERME ITALIA Group
Terme Italia provides Copilot on the operating systems of the PCs supplied.
Let’s see together how it can be used:
to access it, select the B logo at the top left in the Edge browser installed on the supplied computer. Copilot (formerly Bing Chat) is an intelligent assistant that offers web chat based on data aggregated by artificial intelligence, while protecting business data.
With Copilot you can:
- Receive detailed and verifiable answers: Copilot provides complete and reliable answers with cited sources.
- View iconographic responses, as it can process responses with charts and diagrams.
- Use visual search: you can ask questions by uploading images and receive related content from the Web.
- Protect data: your data and that of the organisation are safe, chat data is not saved, Microsoft cannot see it and does not use it to train language models.
Copilot and Chat-GPT are two AI-based chat assistants from OpenAI, but they have some important differences:
- Updated information: Chat-GPT is based on data collected up to 2021. Therefore, for issues with impacts after that date, it may not be accurate. Instead, Microsoft Copilot is connected to the Internet, so its information is always up-to-date.
- GPT version: Both Chat-GPT and Copilot use the GPT model. However, Chat-GPT uses version 3.5 of GPT, while Microsoft uses version 4 without requiring charges.
- Problem-solving: Copilot with GPT-4 is more comprehensive and efficient in generating natural texts and solving mathematical problems compared to Chat-GPT with GPT-3.5.
- Conversation styles: Chat-GPT has a unique style for answering questions, while Bing Chat offers you three options: Creative, Balanced, and Precise. Chat-GPT does indeed allow the use of different generative models but only in the API version, which requires external programmes and payments even for version 3.5.
